What to include in Resume
To ensure your resume stands out (for the reasons), there are a few things you'll want to avoid, and some you'll definitely want to include, says Tina Nicolai, executive career coach and founder of resume Writers' Ink. "Basically employers want to see where candidates have earned, learned, and contributed."

Whether to include things like an objective statement, list of skills, and education will depend on your level of experience and industry.


Many Peoples have fear to what to include in Resume for the job recruitment application so he/she will be best suitable for the job and their resume describe more relevant information to interviewer.

Following are the sections that you need to include/add in your resume with the appropriate format and layout.

Contact information :-

This is the best/most important section in resume. It is most important to include all your contact information on your resume. so employer will contact any time when it require and get touch with you. Include your basic information with name, email ,phone no, mobile no and the URL for your profile like LinkedIn so employer will see your education and knowledge experience so it will add extra points for your post.

Objective :-

candidate or job seeker choose to include an objective on their resume. This is the optional part but including career objectives may convince the employer for the reason why/what you want and familiar with job and company and why you are best for the particular job. The more specific you are, the better chance you have of being considered for the job you are interested in.


Education :-

In this section, tell the employer about your education, job-related training or courses which you have conducted. Include the degree/Education in reverse chronological order means list your most recent education or training first then next. List all your achievement which you achieved in academic.

Experience :-

This section describe the your employment history. Includes jobs, internship and volunteer work. when you include your employment history, start with the most recent job or work and go back from their. Include company name, position of your post and dates of employment like how many months or years you have worked for company.

Skills :-

Your resume should include a list of between 10 and 15 skills that link your experience to the job you're applying for. In this section you might want to include information about knowledge of foreign languages, volunteer or leisure activities, memberships in professional organizations, special skills such as typing, computers, machines you can operate, licenses or certificates you possess. Do not provide personal information such as your age, sex, marital status, or handicaps. I you have technical skills for the technical job then write down your knowledge about programming language,operating systems and designing skills.

References/Referees :-

You should include two to three references who can positively recommend to you as employee. Generally they should be people that with you have worked before. Provide their name with position title and contact info that employer will be contact. Be sure to get each person’s permission to use him or her as a reference.

Keywords :-

To make sure your resume has the right key words and phrases and make a list of the words and phrases it uses. Because a lot of recruitment agencies use scanning software that scans the resume or application for keywords and phrases. if any application or resume don't use any right keywords that are best match then it will automatically rejected. If you don't have a written job ad to refer to, you can use a job search engine to find other ads for similar jobs and see what kind of keywords those ads use. 



So, all above sections are most important in a resume to better description about your knowledge and why you are best for the job which you have apply for job.
